Your notice must include (per 17 U.S.C. §512):
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (a list if multiple).
- Identification of the infringing material on our site and its exact URL(s) so we can locate it.
- Contact information for you: full name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- Good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy & authority statement:
"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf."
We will review your notice in good faith and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it (if applicable).
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice.

Your counter-notice must include:
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or San Francisco, California, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
After we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material 10–14 business days later unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action.
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate access or privileges of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content at any time for any reason.
