6. Embeds, links, and sharing
We may offer embed options or share links/buttons. You may link to our pages. You may embed our calculators only where provided or as permitted in writing, and you must:
- Preserve functionality and attribution (logo/name and link).
- Not misrepresent our tools as your own or alter results presentation.
- Comply with any technical or usage limits we publish.
We may revoke embed permission at any time.
7. Intellectual property
All content, calculators, code, designs, logos, graphics, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Do not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without written permission.
8. Calculator inputs & data handling
By default, calculator inputs are computed in your browser and are not stored by us. If a particular tool needs server-side processing, we handle only the minimum data required, ephemerally. If you submit information via forms (feedback, requests, email), we process that per our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party content, links, and rates
The Services may reference external sources (e.g., government sites) or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability. Currency/rate/threshold data may be delayed or approximate.
10. Changes to the Services
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice, including calculators, features, and availability.
11. Accounts (if introduced later)
If we add account features, you must keep credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
12. Advertising, sponsorships, affiliates (if applicable)

13. Feedback & submissions
If you submit ideas, formulas, bug reports, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and publish that Feedback without obligation to you.
14. Prohibited conduct (summary)
You agree not to:
- Use bots or automation to send excessive requests.
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or users.
- Infringe third-party rights or violate law.
15. Disclaimers (no warranties)

We do not warrant that results will be error-free, current, or suitable for your specific use.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND PARTNERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us (if any) for the Services in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeastCalculator and its owners, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (and Cookie Preferences/Consent Mode where applicable).

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice with details (work claimed, location/URL, your contact, and a good-faith statement) to the email in Section 1. We will respond per applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing law & venue
