2) Eligibility

6) Accounts (if introduced later)

If we add accounts, you must keep credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7) Intellectual property

All calculators, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Do not use our trademarks or brand assets without written permission.

8) Embeds, links, and sharing

We may offer embeds or share links. You may link to our pages. You may embed our calculators only where we provide an embed option or with written permission, and you must:

  • Preserve functionality and attribution (name/logo and link).
  • Not misrepresent our tools or alter results presentation.
  • Respect any technical/usage limits we publish.

We may revoke embed permission at any time.

9) Calculator inputs & data handling

By default, calculator inputs are computed in your browser and are not stored by us. If a tool requires server-side processing, we process the minimum necessary data ephemerally to deliver results. If you submit information via forms (e.g., feedback, share results), we handle it per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10) Third-party content, links, and rates

The Services may reference external sources or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability. Currency, tax thresholds, or rate data may be delayed or approximate.

11) Advertising, sponsorships, affiliates (if applicable)

Ads, sponsorships, or affiliate links, when present, will be clearly labeled. Commercial relationships do not influence our calculator logic. See Privacy and Cookie Policy for vendor and consent details.

12) Feedback & submissions

If you send ideas, formulas, bug reports, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and publish that Feedback without obligation to you.

13) Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice, including calculators, features, and availability. We may update these Terms from time to time; the Effective date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14) Disclaimers (no warranties)

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant that results will be error-free, current, or suitable for your specific use.

15) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND PARTNERS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us (if any) in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BeastCalculator and its owners, affiliates, and contributors from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights.

17) DMCA/Copyright

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice (including the work claimed, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, your contact details, and a good-faith statement) to the email in Section 1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India (conflict-of-laws rules excluded).
